Becoming a Corporate Partner

Is your company committed to education?
Do people within your company work in fields that require math and or science knowledge?
Are you seeing more and more Baby Boomers retire?

If you answered yes to these questions, your company may be a strong fit for the EnCorps Teachers Program.

A key component of the Governor’s EnCorps Teachers Program is meaningful corporate participation and ownership. California’s economy is supported by an array of businesses which have professionals with a great deal of math and science expertise who are nearing retirement. At the same time, corporations are eager to engage in public service and are dependent upon an educated workforce to grow and prosper.

How do you become an EnCorps Corporate Partner?

  • Support the broad recruitment retirees and/or near retirees in your company
  • Provide $15,000 per employee in educational costs for a one-year credentialing program at a California State University , or other academic institution.
